This location is one of the best in Sun City. Our home is very quiet, private and its very close to shopping, Marinette Rec Center and golf courses. We recently painted the interior removing the popcorn ceilings. The water heater was replaced in 2010. Weve enjoyed the easy maintenance of the tile floors everywhere except the bedrooms. The southern exposure allowed us to enjoy Arizonas warm climate and sunshine by relaxing in the sun room or out on the open patio.
